Dear GRC,

We are excited to be receiving a grant in honor of our “Artists for Vieques” collaborative fundraising initiative. The grant will be used to produce a second compilation digital album.

In acknowledgement of the GRC’s influential role in our organization’s development, we are offering our service to produce a compilation digital album for the purpose of raising funds to offset travel expenses for presenters and stations’ personnel attending the 2018 Grassroots Radio Conference.

We’ll require 20 songs from 20 recording artists who have visited 20 radio stations to produce one digital album.

With a minimum of 20 stations signaling their willingness to participate, by replying to this email, we’ll provide next steps for an artist engagement campaign.

Stations facilitating a music contribution to the project will receive 25 digital albums, fair market value of $500, for use as pledge drive premiums, on air giveaways and engaging music reviews in the local press when the album is released.
