[grc] Tracking Volunteer Hours - mobile spreadsheet vs PC based spreadsheet or ... what?

What fields do you put in your spreadsheet and where do you keep it to
update volunteer hours and what is being done?

WHO is in on what range of time?

Do you have multiple entries per date?

Do you duplicate a line for a second and third volunteer in group
activities or put multiple names into a column for "who is doing this"? or
similar field name? ... but I don't really like WPS Office so much

-As it often erases the first word of a line if I hit 'return" to push a
line down and insert a comment in the word processor!

-The text editor keeps asking me if I want to keep that format (even though
I already clicked yes and "don't ask me again" numerous times" so I just
let it use the word processor format)

-Often the cursor "jumps" upwards into the middle of the previous paragraph
and I don't always know ... making for a lot of editing! Especially if I
was using the voice recognition!

-Sometimes requires I press "Edit" to edit ... next time not. No apparent
pattern.

-Vertical Kerning is so large that it wastes a lot of vertical space on a
smartphone that has such a small screen to start with!

-When naming a file, only picks up a very few first characters to make the
name ... also have trouble pointing it to save to my chip instead of the
onboard RAM which is a disaster if the phone ever dies and you didn't
backup the files recently!
