[grc] Tracking Volunteer Hours - mobile spreadsheet vs PC based spreadsheet or ... what?

Dear Max,
                   It might make more sense to ask what system or method
other groups use handle this. I would
    suggest that you specifically inquire with stations like WORT, who
handle a large volume of volunteers annually.
    They have a Volunteer Coordinator I am sure you could reach out to. I
would look at their website for the specific
   individual/ dept to send your question to. I would think you can get
ideas on how volunteer log their own hours,
  hand in reporting forms and how the information is tallied together for
reporting & statistical use. Good luck, may
