[grc] GRC in Portland overlaps with Third Coast in Chicago

Friends, I decided that at least once I would attend Third Coast in
Chicago. And this seemed to be the year I could afford to. October 4 - 6.
On the other hand, I love Portland and KBOO; my college roommate lives
there and I was planning on attending GRC this year...

Can't be in two places at once. I don't suppose there's any wiggle room in
the scheduling of the conference for another weekend??

I know, let the hollaring begin: "why not ask THEM to move..."
