[grc] Greetings from new station KSQD

Hi All,

On the heels of a great conference, I wanted to formally introduce
ourselves since there were so many I didn't get a chance to meet.

We're the new full-powered radio station, 90.7 on the dial (lucky number,
KBOO?) serving Santa Cruz County in California.

Our website is up and running at https://ksqd.org and we're hoping to be on
the air next month! We have some existing knowledge from programmers who
used to be at other stations (such as now-defunct KUSP) and lots of new
talent!

Our mission is "to build community through quality broadcasts, podcasts,
training programs and community events that celebrate the uniqueness of
Santa Cruz County."
