[grc] Documentation of award to Frieda Werden?

Hello, All:


       Where can I find documentation of the award that was given to 
Frieda last Sunday?


       It's not mentioned in the Wikipedia article on her, and it should 
be.  However, to make that happen, I need something I can cite.  
(Wikimedians are compulsive fact checkers;-)

p.s.  FYI, that article on Frieda was created 2006-12-11.  It has 
attracted 1,396 views since 2015-07-01, averaging not quite one new view 
per day.
