[grc] Uploading to Audioport

I just uploaded some news to Audioport, Shahid Buttar on the impeachment
inquiry. He's more sanguine about it than I am, but he's also House Speaker
Nancy Pelosi's challenger in California's 12th Congressional District and
an important voice.

This time I managed to bypass the tagging procedure, and this is to ask
whether that ever really helps anyone anyway?  Does anyone here go to the
Audioport searching for subjects tagged in posts?  If not, I'd rather not
waste any more time on it.
