[grc] Podcasting app?

At WGDR, we're looking for a different type of podcasting service. We'd
like our local programmers, who are now producing their programs from home,
to be able to share their programs with us--and only us--via RSS feed. That
way we can integrate the RSS feed with our automated programming and
greatly simplify our effort in getting their files on the air. Instead of
downloading files from a variety of platforms and then loading them into
the automated programming, we'd simply point the podcast feature in our
automated programming at the RSS feed. It takes just seconds to check that
each program has a freshly loaded episode in the RSS feed.

Ideally, we'd like to be able to share this service with nationally
produced shows that don't syndicate through Pacifica, and to allow them to
reach other radio stations through our podcast service.

If you're looking to reach large numbers of listeners for a handful of
shows a month, the pricing plan for something like Libsyn makes sense. But
we're looking to serve at most dozens or scores of downloaders, but with
maybe 20-30 hours of programming uploaded every week.

I played with feedity.com, with the idea of getting it to generate an RSS
feed out of a Google Drive page, but I couldn't get it to work.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
