[grc] Community radio shows on other platforms

Creative Commons licenses are explained in great detail here:
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/

If you want to take steps to preserve the noncommercial aspect of the
programming, then you'll want to include NonCommercial among the terms. See
for example
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/
