[grc] What to do when Mac kills Audacity?

It would probably be wise for folks to familiarize yourselves with the
Audacity forum. The issue with Catalina was discussed back in October, when
they introduce a workaround:

The new version of Audacity, 2.3.3, still doesn't work with Catalina but
the Audacity team says they're working on it

"Audacity still does not support macOS Catalina properly, but can be used
with a workaround. This is because we have not caught up with Apple’s
requirements for ‘notarization’ yet. We are working on this for the next
release."
