This proceeding is in some ways, "the son of C4". Many tactics were the same (such as a hidden element 73.215/45 dbu), the outcomes are similar (circumvent rules to get into urbanized areas) and many of this who signed the boilerplate letters for this also signed C4. You will find that big radio more likely to side with lpfm.. its medium radio and in some cases, small radio that you have to be more concerned with.
