[grc] Pacifica Affiliates List - Tulsa Coverage ?

Sigh. I'm sad to report that KVOY is silent. Their website 
(https://voicesofok.org/) is still up, but they were unable to continue 
due to lack of funding and went "dark" a while ago.

According to FCC data, the frequency is currently licensed to the 
Chickasaw Nation. I recall Mary Francis telling about the sale of the 
station to them.

Mary was active in the GRC for many years. Mary are you still watching 
email from this list? Can you add anything about the station?
