It's harder to get Audacity to extract the audio from an Apple
QuickTime .MOV file. For that, you need to install a special add-on.
Instructions on how to do that are available in Wikiversity:

https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/Grassroots_media_training/KKFI/Audacity

I took a video with my iPhone then had trouble extracting the audio.
With a little research I found how to do it and documented it in these
notes.

	  Hope this helps.
	  Spencer
