[grc] Community media during and beyond Covid

At KZFR we have stopped new programmer trainings and limited office hours. We instituted safety (masks and gloves) measures for programmers in March.  Some of our programmers have found substitutes because they don't feel comfortable doing their shows.  We have no way for them to remote in to do shows.  Our underwriting has been flat but not decreasing yet and we have the econmomic impacts of the local fires adding pressure. We just did a 4 day virtual pledge drive which was remarkably successful.  All our station meetings have continued via Zoom.  Our plan is that all this will continue indefinitely but certainly through June 2021.
