[grc] Does anyone at the FCC respond to questions

The FCC continues to work remote and sometimes, there are issues with 
call backs.  At this time, it is better for them to respond through 
email unless the questions is lengthy.

As a national regulatory advocate for LPFM, I may be able to answer your 
questions or get you in the right direction at the FCC.
