[grc] Help with finding 3rd party for station reach and audience demographic

I think your station is in a timeshare with KXSF. I'd guess your online
numbers (which were in the dozens last I heard) are going to be larger than
the number of terrestrial listeners, based on what I recollect about your
coverage. You can try Arbitron, but it will be expensive. You may be able
to extrapolate by speaking to your engineer to discuss the coverage area
and factor in with SF population data. (For example, there's only about 4%
of African American people in SF. They live largely outside your coverage
area, etc.)
