Dear LPFM Friends!!!

We would love to have your station listed in the LPFM Station Directory! 
   This directory has been created for and by LPFM Radio Stations so that 
we can stay in communication, sharing ideas and advocacy.

Basic station info such as Name, Call Sign, Frequency, City of License, 
Format and Website will be shared publicly but individual names and 
contact information will be kept only for the participants of this list.

Once you complete the form, you will receive access. We already have 
over 80 participating stations -- but would love to have more!

If your station is already listed, you should have received an e-mail 
with access last week.  Let me know if not.  IF YOU WISH TO MAKE UPDATES 
to your listing, please complete the form again and we will use the most 
current entry.

Please feel free to share this ENTRY FORM with any stations that may not 
yet be listed. No one will be able to access the online doc until they 
submit their information.
