[grc] Advice on allowing beverages in on-air studio

We are considering allowing guests and programmers to have beverages in 
a restricted area of our on-air studio. I am wondering what other 
stations policies are concerning this. While keeping liquids away from 
equipment is an obvious necessity, it is also reasonable to expect the 
need to have water at hand during a long discussion.
