[grc] Peruvian station needs help to replace computer

A Peruvian friend contacted me about this.  I can donate part of the
amount. They are looking for support and also to contact grassroots media
in other parts of the world.
Cristina Herencia wrote:

amount to purchase a new computer because the old one they used broke down.
Their audience extends to all of south Andean Peru... great education...
Imagine, last program I heard on Thursday... (Friday the computer went
broke!) they were talking about Vandana Shiva's work in India, to peasants
and workers in South Peru!!"

We then talked through Messenger and I told her I can give part of the
amount and offered to ask around to help raise the rest. I suggested that
she be the conduit for receiving funds through Western Union.
Here is more information she just emailed me:
Money needed for new computer purchase to produce news and other
programming for Radio SIN PATRONES is 3,000 Peruvian soles, with an
exchange rate of 3.7 soles per dollar = $810.81

That amount, or close, is urgently needed to continue a very valuable
information venue directed to peasants and workers, especially in south
Peru.  Presently, peasants and workers are fighting to defend their
millennial know-how of familiar agriculture and territories with
uncontaminated water and non polluted air and land conditions especially
against mining corporations.
