[grc] Join us tomorrow MONDAY 3/11 for Radio for people Zoom Meeting -- 10AM PDT / 1PM EDT

I'm looking for advice on how to minimize background rumble using the newer
versions of Audacity.  I used to be able to do this very simply - I lowered
the overall volume and used Leveller to drop out any noise below -20 db.
Now Leveller has gotten complicated and I don't know if it will even do
this trick any more.  Help if you know, OK?
