I don't know the specific answer to your question, but if nobody else 
chimes in here, I encourage you to check out the Audacity forum at 
https://forum.audacityteam.org/

My experience with seeking help on the forum has been positive and I've 
gotten good advice in the past.

I also encourage you to include two bits of info if you post your 
question on the forum: 1) what operating system you're using (Windows, 
MacOS, Linux, etc.), and 2) the version of Audacity you're using. (That 
info would help here too.)
