I have initiated a new list request to 
the folks at Riseup. Waiting on 
word about that....

I just checked on The Internet Archive and learned that there's a full 
copy of the GRC mailing list archive through February 10, 2020. I don't 
know if it's possible to request a fresh "pull" at archive.org, but if 
it is, this might be a good place for the GRC mailing list archive for 
the past 10 years.
