[grc] Anyone have systems in place for interns that they'd be willing to share?

We are working with Texas State University to set up our first internships. They asked for our volunteer handbook, which we have, but also to know what systems we have in place. We have a volunteer coordinator but a lot of this hasn't been fleshed out yet.
