[grc] Community Radio Station Salary

WCAA-LP 107.3 FM - Albany, NY (www.wcaa1073.org) is currently an all
volunteer radio station. I am the station manager and wanted to take on the
job full/part-time. The station has no experience in radio and don't REALLY
know what to expect in fundraising. I was thinking of asking for a
percentage of money raised and was wondering what a reasonable
offer/proposal would be? Our broadcast area should reach about 120,000
people in the Albany, NY.

Also would you say $2-$5 per underwriting spots is reasonable for that
market size?
