Will,
We/you also need to understand music licensing. The music you play on the
radio needs to be licensed for broadcast use, and your station needs to pay
several broadcast licensing companies like ASCAP and BMI (to name a few).
That licensing is limited to over-the-air broadcast, and may not include
posting to YouTube.
Further, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) two week limit on
music may still apply.
Finally, you need to carefully examine the YouTube Terms of Service to make
sure that you understand their effect on your content.
