Thanks Tracy and David for the insight.
I'll follow up to say that I am specifically concerned with podcast-safe
talk programming here. Given the non-commercial nature of our station, I am
interested in creating a license agreement with our volunteers that would
preserve their right of ownership but maintain the non-commercial nature of
the content, in such a way that the station would have some say about it
being monetized on Youtube or via podcast.
