For anyone looking for a super-simple, really fast and uncomplicated editor
(not for mixing), consider Twisted Wave. It's a fave among voiceover folks
and we use it every day. It's industrial strength (like SoundForge), not
expensive and there is a free trial. MacOS, iOS and browser versions.
