George & Kenya: I can get 102.5 in the east bay. Comes in best in a
car, and not the greatest signal, but it is there, so I'm sure there are
listeners. I just checked and heard someone talking about books. I'm
not sure about coverage in SF itself due to some of the hills, but
thought I'd provide this feedback.
Regarding audience statistics: number of individual donations, surveys,
online comments, streaming and on-demand content analytics (as Kenya
mentioned) other kinds of community engagement measurements, potential
audience is what we've used.

I'd guess your online numbers (which were in the dozens last I heard) are going to be larger than the number of terrestrial listeners, based on what I recollect about your coverage. You can try Arbitron, but it will be expensive. You may be able to extrapolate by speaking to your engineer to discuss the coverage area and factor in with SF population data. (For example, there's only about 4% of African American people in SF. They live largely outside your coverage area, etc.)
